You are so right. The coaches have brought such support to schools and teachers that has not been available before. They are all so helpful, knowledgeable, and hard working. The only problem now is that their supports are soooo great that we do not have enough of them What a great problem to have in such a short time of implementing this position. Great job coaches.

I am so excited about our ability to work together to build capacity within the education of students who are deaf and hard of hearing. It has been at least 10 years (probably longer) since BOCES has been able to employ a teacher for the Deaf and Hard of Haring directly. The support that will be available for our local teachers and districts is exciting. It will only enhance the students resources to experience success. Thanks

The team meetings you all are having where you meet with the teachers to help clarify roles and support is great. SWAP is important for us all as we move forward to make sure our students experience success not only within there schooling years but into adulthood.

I am so excited we have another avenue to help link schools and families. Parent involvement is a direct link for student achievement. Thanks for getting out there and making sure districts, families and communities know you all are there to support and help.

WOW! What a job! I am so excited to have you all as added resources for our districts. Teaching is very difficult and extra support should be valued by all. I already know you all are hard at work making sure communication and collaboration are provided to all districts (even early childhood). Thanks for bringing your enthusiasm along with your expertise.

You all are so valued. I really like the focus on how we can help in the RTI (preventative role) as well as in the sp ed role. We have lots to learn about language development within all levels of the educational system. Thanks for all you do and looking at the big picture of student success.

The k-12 world has so much to learn for the early childhood system. I love the way you all really integrate the parents as such a part of the IEP team. You all really know the business of making sure you focus on strengths and move forward. Your true collaboration will make the induction program smooth for everyone. We are also discussing ESY at the regional/state level. It will be great to learn with each other.
